Decorations, themes, party favors, food, refreshments, and more are available upon request. Decorations starting at $40. Restrictions and rules may apply to each package. Packages subject to change. Please call for full details. Individual items may not be removed from packages. Children 5 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. We encourage you to open gifts at home, but not required. We recommend keeping food to a minimum unless the party location has areas for food consumption. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event. No alcoholic beverages allowed.

Additional Details

Before the Party

We will open the arena up to an hour before your party, so you can decorate the space, set up the snacks, food, cake, and the drinks you might bring, to get ready for your guests. You are also welcome to order food for delivery to the Arena during your party. Our coaches will run all the gaming and will set up breaks as you desire to serve food, cake, and open presents.

Party Schedule

We work with customers to set up the party schedule in advance. The typical party consists of gaming as guests arrived for the first hour, then a break for you to run the presents, gift opening, cake, and food. You choose the events that you would like to include. Our staff then take back over to run the remainder of the party with continued gaming.

Equipment

All of our games are played on high-performance PCs, primarily using keyboard and mouse. However, Xbox and PlayStation controllers are also supported for most games.

While we do have a limited supply of Xbox controllers available, we highly recommend that players bring their own controller—especially if they’re more comfortable using one from their console at home.

👉 Important:
If a controller is needed, please bring your controller with a charging cable or wireless dongle to ensure full compatibility and uninterrupted gameplay.

Bringing your own gear helps ensure everyone gets the best experience—no waiting, no sharing, just gaming.

Cleanup

Once your party wraps up, our friendly staff will be there to assist with cleaning up the party area, including disposing of trash, collecting leftover items, and helping you pack up anything you brought with you.

We want your experience to be stress-free from start to finish, so feel free to relax and enjoy the final moments of your event while we take care of the cleanup.

If you’ve brought decorations, gifts, or personal items, we’ll help you gather them before you head out.

Dining Area

We're fortunate to offer a dedicated dining area with tables located just outside the Arena, perfect for enjoying food, drinks, and birthday treats.

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the Arena or near gaming equipment to help maintain a clean and safe environment for all players.

After eating, please wash your hands before returning to the gaming stations to keep our equipment clean and ready for action.
